SCAM. Insurance covered my rental. The rental I was given BROKE DOWN. I was abandoned without a car. I was NOT given a replacement. My reviews are met by a cheap A.I. response which has done nothing to remedy the fact that my insurance is paying for a car that Enterprise refuses to replace. Just to prove how ingenious Enterprise is, please notice how they respond to this review. I bet it will be; "Response from the owner Thank you for your review, David. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us, and we would like to speak with you further about this. Please visit..." and yet, I'm still without a car that I paid for. GO ELSEWHERE!

Great experience with Sixt in San Antonio. Pickup and return were quick and easy, the staff was friendly and professional, and the car was clean and exactly what I reserved. Smooth, hassle-free rental—would definitely use Sixt again.

I have used this rental car service about five times over the past seven months, and unfortunately the experience has not been as smooth as I had hoped. Their vehicle selection is often limited regardless of what you reserve or how far in advance you book. Several times I reserved a full size car for gas efficiency esp. when I needed to drive longer distances, but when I arrived I was frequently offered a truck instead. A truck was not what I reserved and it was not practical for my needs. It was disappointing to make a reservation with specific preferences and find that those options were not actually available. The staff were generally polite, but the reliability of the reservations themselves has been an ongoing issue. I would encourage the company to be more transparent about their actual inventory so customers can plan accordingly.

I had a 9 AM reservation, and when I arrived, there was absolutely NO ONE at the office. I had to call just to get someone there. The staff didn't even show up until nearly 9:10 AM — and instead of immediately assisting me, they decided that wiping down their desk was apparently a higher priority. Not a single word of apology. Not one. I understand that you have your policies — whatever the hell they are — and I can accept being turned away. What I CANNOT accept is being rejected without a clear explanation when my documents — a government-issued driver's license from my home country and a valid passport — are as legitimate as it gets. I sincerely hope the reason for the refusal was not racial discrimination, because that's what it felt like. If you're going to turn someone away, do it QUICKLY. Instead, we were strung along until past 9:30 AM for a 9 AM reservation, causing us to miss both a rodeo show and our accommodation booking in Dallas. We couldn't make it in time for any of our remaining itinerary. Gone. All of it. This isn't even about the money lost on the show or the hotel. This is about the absolute incompetence, indifference, and disrespect shown by your staff. I will never set foot in this location again for the rest of my stay in San Antonio — and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this experience.
