Had a great experience at Budget Auto at the Brook City Base location in San Antonio. There was an issue with the online website showing an economy car available when the location didn’t actually have one, but Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to make it work. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Brian were amazing—fast, easygoing, and incredibly helpful. They got me taken care of as quickly as possible while keeping everything fair and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

Friendly & helpful team at the Budget - Brooks City Base location. Rented a 7 passenger suv for a round trip to El Paso. Clean & comfortable ride. Easy and fast return experience. Will return to this location for future rental needs.

This budget did more than I could want to help my wife and I with renting. They helped us stay within our budget as well as getting us the type of car we needed. I heard him with other customers also and he really wanted to actually help people. He was doing his job but he also cared. The guy getting the cars ready was also helpful and very thorough.. he went over the inspection of the car with my wife pointing out things and with a helpful attitude....
