SIXT has been my preferred car rental company long before my recent car accident. Even though I pay the additional airport fees to rent from their airport location, I continue to choose SIXT because the quality of their vehicles and customer service is simply worth it. The cars are consistently clean, well-maintained, and in pristine condition. The experience feels more premium than other rental companies, and that level of quality keeps me coming back. During a difficult period following my car accident, I had to extend my rental multiple times. The staff was always friendly, accommodating, and willing to help. Whenever I had questions regarding billing or charges, they took the time to address my concerns professionally and respectfully. I would especially like to recognize Elyssa Huerta for her outstanding customer service. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Her dedication to helping customers is truly appreciated. One thing I wish is that SIXT had additional neighborhood locations beyond the airport. I believe many loyal customers like myself would gladly use their services more often if they were available outside the airport setting. Their premium vehicles and exceptional customer service would undoubtedly attract even more business. Thank you to Elyssa and the entire SIXT team for consistently providing an outstanding rental experience. I highly recommend SIXT to anyone looking for quality vehicles and first-class customer service.

SIXT was amazing! I was unable to locate my reservation for a car rental, even forgot the name of the car rental! Hubbs and I started with SIXT (shortest line), they told us we did not book with them but they have a couple of Tundra's available, for 75 a day. We told the agent our rental was 40 a day and she matched it 🥰 We were so greatful for that, because looking at the other rental lines, it looked like an hour in line with hopes of them having a vehicle! The agent, Nancy, was efficient, got us squared away in under 10 minutes! Her professionalism was top notch, no issues with our vehicle. The guys in the garage were also efficient, making sure all renters were satisfied with their vehicles. Returning the rental was just as easy. By the time we parked, there was an agent at our door, ready to inspect... all this took under 5 minutes. We will be renting from this company again!

This is my second time renting from here and Shanita has made my experience amazing every time I come. She actually listens to what you need for your trip and finds the best offers to meet your accommodations. The cars are always clean and in mint condition. I will definitely rent back here especially if Shanita is assisting.

Me and my spouse picked up a standard pick up truck late night yesterday, easy check in. Smooth process thanks to Breanna on the top level. Wonderful customer service, and informative on the extra packages offered (insurance, roadside etc.) One of the best experiences that I've had renting a vehicle. Deposit wasn't expensive either, like we were expecting compared to other companies. We will definitely be renting with them again!

I was slated to rent a Toyota Tacoma, but I wasn’t crazy about potentially driving a truck. When I checked in, I was offered a Volvo XC60 in lieu of the truck. I’ve never driven a Volvo (I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for over 20 years) but I wanted an SUV over a pickup. I had such a great experience driving the Volvo that I actually purchased one during my trip. The SIXT rental really influenced my decision as I was able to test drive the model of car for over 400 miles. This was my first time using SIXT and it was by far the best rental car experience I’ve had to date. It was easy to check in digitally and I was able to get my car in under 10 minutes. The customer service was great (thanks again for the complimentary upgrade) and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I’m a Hertz gold plus member and I chose to go with SIXT because the rates and quality of cars were so much better. Thank you, SIXT San Antonio for this great experience!
