I have never had pleasant experiences with rental car establishments so I tend to avoid them. I was renting a car for myself for the day to go out of town. I was already very nervous about everything that needed to be taken care of and didnt want to be blindsided by anything when i went to pick up my rental. When I arrived I was greeted and helped right away by Kyle. He explained everything so thoroughly and he saw how nervous I was about the rental and took his time to explain and make me feel more comfortable. He made a nerve wracking and intimidating experience more understanding. He reassured me of how things would work and what i would need to worry about. He encouraged me to enjoy my trip and that I would be happy with the rental. I did end up having a great time with my trip and the car itself. When I brought back the rental it was close to when they closed for the day at noon. Kyle again was by himself and very busy. I greeted him as i parked the vehicle and he let me know he'd be with me soon. As i went inside to wait he had serveral other people dropping off and picking up vehicles. He was completely professional and helpful even though he was closing in the next 20 minutes. The phone as well was ringing constantly but he still made the time to help the people in front of him and on the phones. When it turned 12 he still continued to help a customer that had just walked in for pick up. Then it was my turn to turn in my vehicle and he apologized for my wait and of course asked me about my trip. It felt like a very personal experience and I really appreciated every little touch Kyle put into our interaction. As long as Kyle manages this location I will purchase future rentals from here.

I have rented 3 different times from this location & Kelsey (Mgr) is amazing & goes above & Beyond to make sure the customers are Happy!!!!! I did get a free upgrade due to issues with my extended warranty & my car being in 2 different shops!!! I do recommend renting from this location & I promise u, u won’t be disappointed!!!!👋 oh forgot to mention David he went outta his way to come pick me up & take me to this location to get into a rental!!! Thank You David

I had a minor issue with my rental and Zenobia was empathetic and made me feel like a valued customer. I appreciate the additional care put into resolving my issue and I will most definitely continue to use this enterprise for all my car rentals. Thank you for always having high quality customer service.

Kelsey and Zach did a phenomenal job at taking care of me. Kelsey helped with the process of getting the rental, gave me great options and made sure I left with a vehicle that most suited my family and I. Zach helped today with the dropping off the vehicle. He was absolutely the best. I was a upset due to the 3rd parties insurance and lack of communication, however, Zach de-esculated the situation and gave me great options. I will HIGHLY recommend this location hands down.

I was extremely disappointed with the rental vehicle I received from your San Pedro location. It was filthy and appeared to have been previously broken into. Furthermore, the windshield wipers were non-functional, a particularly dangerous issue as it was raining heavily that night, making driving on the highway terrifying. The interior was also disgusting, requiring me to clean it myself before I could even tolerate being in the car. I'm shocked that such a vehicle would be available for rent, and I'm very upset that I had to drive it and pay for it.
