Great service provided both at pick up and drop off. Hassel free, fast, and super affordable $280 for 7 days. We were even on a time crunch to get to the airport and probably stayed 5 minutes at most while a revision was done. Highly recommend this place 😁

First I would like to say the employees at the Enterprise location I visited were very kind and helpful. However I am not satisfied with Enterprise in general. I reserved a specific level of vehicle a few weeks in advance of pickup. At the date and time of pickup I was told that luxury sedans are not usually available at that specific location, but rather at the airport. GOOD customer service would have been to either make sure you had the vehicle at the location (go get one from the airport!) OR call me prior to pickup date/time and discuss alternative options, NOT when I am on a tight schedule and need to get a car and go. Instead of the prepaid reservation of a luxury sedan I was given a stripped down little crossover vehicle. Enterprise should do better with how they handle customers and the experience we have while renting a vehicle.

I booked my first car rental ever and used Enterprise Downtown location! I couldn't be happier. Thank you Stephen Nailbach. You were professional and very helpful. We will definitely be repeat customers. That Ford Expedition was freaking phenomenal!

I had a great experience with this Enterprise location! The process was fast and smooth — my vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. I was able to redeem credit card points with no hassle, which made it even better. Big thanks to Tammie and Oscar for their excellent service — friendly, efficient, and super helpful. Highly recommend!
