Traveling outside of Texas, dont come to this location. Or make sure to educate yourself on the "laws" "rules" Enterprise has. I was aware of the $300 deposit the required, but it was never stated it had to be on a credit card. I had all the funds, ready to pay in on my debit card. Aaron B did the best he could to help, but terrible customer service and lack of communication. Didnt even add the 15% discount Enterprise is offering. Returning the vehicle, poor Calissa was left alone to deal with the customers. It took me 20-30 mins to return a vehicle. Shoutout to her though for being able to apply the discount at the end of my experience. I still dont recommend to come to Enterprise. They have other car rental around the area that offer better deals.

I've been renting with Enterprise now for 5 months. Enterprise will assist with picking up and dropping off within a certain radius. Jean, a great manager and team, left and now works at a branch in California. I’m certain Jean will do exceptionally well because, his customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately, my short experience with the new manage hasn’t been. On 5/8/2026, went online to request a car for my doctor’s appointment, that I completely forgot about. The car was available (at the exact location) San Antonio, Riverwalk location. I booked the car and proceeded to call and request a pick time. I was told the wait time to be picked up was 30 mins or more depending on traffic. After a while, 40 minutes later, I called inquiring the time for pickup. I was told the only car available was a midsize car. Nothing else available at the time. I called back after a 2 hours to ask about the price for a Standard vehicle. The cost was more than what I typically rented . The manager stated, I could call back and check later on. Finally I was informed, A car was available and they can swing by for a pickup, 3 pm. I waited, I called 30 mins later. That call turn out to be, 2 1/2 hours later. I was picked up around 5:25 pm. The car was not an Economy car. The car ran horrible. Also, rolling down windows? The size of the vehicle couldn’t fit a shoebox. The only reason why, I didn’t turn around, my urgent appointment. Jean, thank you for your services. I now know the deference. Never did I have to wait to be picked up (1 1/2 mins away from my home). You were dedicated to your team. It’s unfortunate, this manager, (has not been here long) would rather wait till the very end of the day. To put me in a car that cost $80.98 . With little air conditioning, loud noise from the engine. All day waiting with not accountability for time. Good luck, I will call another location or rental car.

I had such a great experience renting from Enterprise! The process was smooth from start to finish. Gene the manager was so incredibly helpful—pickup was quick, the car was clean and in excellent condition, and drop-off was just as easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The vehicle itself drove perfectly and made my trip stress-free. I really appreciated the clear communication, fair pricing, and overall efficiency of the whole rental. I’ll definitely be renting from Enterprise again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free service! ☺️

Had a reservation this morning where I’m 100% certain I was discriminated against. White gentleman who claimed to be the manager started setting me up on my reservation and I asked if I’d be able to receive a military discount and he said “yes, are you in the military?” I said “no, my wife is” and that’s when the whole thing shifted. All of a sudden when I gave him my address, I was “flagged” and couldn’t get a car there until I provided him with a BILL that had my address on it, not to mention I just moved last week and don’t receive any bills for 30 days. He then told me if I have a credit card it will override the whole process.. excuse me? How does that automatically override that? I’ve rented from enterprise many of times and this will be my last time. I walked away without a car. A guy had the same issue while I was there and the girl put him through anyways without providing a credit card or bill. So I’m pretty sure he discriminated against me. Corporate will be called

Ashley at this location was just wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect car for my trip... I got great gas mileage and the car ran perfectly. When I need to rent again this is for sure the location I will come to .. Thank you Ashley you are great... Excellent customer service A+
