I recently rented from SIXT and the experience was far below any reasonable standard. The service was very poor and it took forever to receive my car. The representative, Itzel, did not provide satisfactory service and seemed unhelpful throughout the process. The car I received was absolutely disgusting and dirty, far from clean or acceptable for rental use. I am not happy with the overall experience and will never rent from SIXT again.

We rented a vehicle for my bil's graduation at UIUC and Justin brought it out for us. I would have probably pulled my hair out trying to figure out where everything was if it weren't for Justin telling me where everything was beforehand, he was amazing and personable and overall a great experience.

High quality of service. Well trained staff. Excellent premium car. Shout out to Keiahn King who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the BMW.

Lea at the desk, and Justin who showed me the car made this a terrific experience. They were both friend, communicative and clear taking me through the rental process. The location was convenient for me and easy to get to and they have a nice variety of vehicles. There was little waiting. I will definitely look to rent from Sixt again.

Do not rent from this location!!! When we went to pick up our car, there was only one representative working leading to a long wait both at the counter and for them to actually bring the car up. The whole process took around 45 minutes for a rental scheduled at 8:30am. We received a car that was 600 miles past due for service (they were shocked that we had this car when we dropped it at O'Hare) and now they're demanding that we pay a toll fine even though we explicitly asked the representative to add it but of course, we have no proof since she did not do it. We usually choose Sixt over all other brands but since they want to haggle over a $30 fine, I guess we'll pick a new car rental brand.
