Vy was amazing! She was very kind, patient, efficient, and eased our stress during an extremely stressful time. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely return for all my car rental needs!

Terrible experience. The days leading up to pick up my rental, communication with the staff was 10/10 — all of my questions were answered and the staff left no stone unturned. The day I went to pick up my SUV, I did not have a satisfactory experience. I was told no vehicle was available (after THIS location called me to confirm I will be there to pick up the car). After being told: 1. No SUVs were available 2. No SUVs were available at other enterprises 3. They are unable to contact Airport Enterprises I was given the following option “you can take a damaged Altima, that is all we have. If not, you can wait around to see if someone drops off a SUV”. I have rented from Enterprise on numerous occasions. This is the first time that I received subpar customer service (and that’s being nice). How can you offer your customer a visibly damaged vehicle that does not meet Enterprise’s standards? How can you call a customer to confirm pick up, and at the time of my reservation, nothing is available? But the option to “sit around and wait until close” or “a damaged vehicle” is the best alternative. Please, avoid this location at all costs.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Enterprise location at 318 S Morgan in Chicago was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share it. Renting a car should be a straightforward process. Customers expect professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was the opposite. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming. The staff seemed rushed and disengaged, and it felt more like customers were being pushed through the process rather than actually helped. I understand that rental locations can get busy, but that doesn’t excuse poor communication or dismissive customer service. The biggest issue during my visit involved the manager, Vy. Instead of stepping in to help resolve the situation or provide guidance, she came across as dismissive and frankly rude. When I asked basic questions about the rental process and the inconvenience I was experiencing, her responses made it seem like I was somehow at fault for not already knowing how their internal procedures work. As a customer, that’s incredibly frustrating. Most people renting cars don’t work in the rental industry. If something unexpected happens, customers naturally ask questions. Instead of explaining things calmly or trying to help resolve the situation, the tone felt defensive and condescending. The most unbelievable moment came when I asked for the corporate customer service number so I could speak with someone about the issue. Instead of simply providing it, which would have taken a few seconds, Vy told me to Google it myself. Think about that for a moment. A manager at a customer-facing business telling a customer to go search online for the company’s customer service number rather than providing it. That response alone perfectly summed up the level of customer care I experienced at this location. Good customer service isn’t just about policies — it’s about how those policies are communicated and handled. Even when a situation can’t be fixed immediately, a professional manager should still show empathy and try to help. Unfortunately, that mindset seemed completely absent here. Instead of hearing something like “I understand why that’s frustrating, let’s see what we can do,” the interaction felt like I was being blamed for the inconvenience and brushed off rather than helped. Managers set the tone for an entire location. When the manager behaves in a dismissive and unhelpful way, it reflects poorly on the entire operation. What surprised me most is that Enterprise as a brand promotes itself as being customer-focused and reliable. Many people choose Enterprise because they believe the company values professionalism and service. Based on my experience at this location, that reputation is not being upheld. By the time I left, I wasn’t just frustrated about the situation itself — I was disappointed by how it was handled. The entire interaction could have been resolved with a little patience, basic courtesy, and a willingness to assist the customer. Instead, I left feeling like my concerns didn’t matter and that helping the customer simply wasn’t a priority. I hope someone from Enterprise corporate takes the time to read reviews like this and looks into how this location is being managed. Experiences like this don’t just affect one customer — they damage trust in the brand as a whole. Because telling a customer to Google the company’s customer service number themselves is not what anyone expects from a business that claims to value customer service.

I’ve been consistently renting from here for a year and I am always taken care of! Ben and Vy are the BEST- I recommend this Enterprise to everyone I know. Cars are always spotless and in great condition.

Came to pick up car, Reserved in advance Full size sedan, they mentioned they do not have car, waited time, Andrew was trying to give us options of pickup truck that we don’t wanted , also if you picking up car for your guest dont bring personal car, they don’t have guest parking at the location. And street parking is hard to find. Highly bad service, at the end they offer standard sedan instead of full size sedan.
