I had a great experience with Enterprise. Matt assisted me during both pickup and return, and he was amazing to work with. His communication was clear, and I got my reserved car within 10 minutes of arriving. The car was spotless and well-maintained. On return, Matt did a quick and smooth inspection, making the whole process hassle-free. I truly appreciate his professional behavior and positive attitude. Highly recommend both Enterprise and Matt for anyone looking for a seamless rental experience!

Quick and easy experience. I booked a car at this location back in April. Huge shout out to Nick. He made the process easy and answered all my questions. They didn’t have the car I had reserved but they upgraded me to an SUV so no complaints.

Alfonso was great! He was awesome to work with, great conversation and quick service. Will only rent from Enterprise, the cars are always clean and the service is top notch. Love their attention to detail!

I never write reviews but I am compelled to give credit where its rightfully due ...Zach Duffy(Branch Rental Manager ) and his entire team were AWESOME on 10/18/2025 at this location. The office was packed with people needing a rental for the Notre Dame game ( myself included). The wait time ended up being about an hour and half. Which was ( in my opinion) completely understandable given the fact majority of the visitors to the Chicago area for that weekend were there specifically for the game( a fact I honestly didnt consider when booking so the unexpected wait time was on me ). Zach and his team made sure everyone was checked in upon arrival and kept us all informed and updated as he and his team worked tirelessly to get everyone in a car and on their way. He also He gave ETAs for each customer and confirmed the size and capacity needed for each vehicle . He also made sure to offer the Highway ezpass offered through Enterprise for only $12 so he saved me money on the tolls. Zach apologized to each other customer as they drove off and headed in their respected rentals. I got a a great car from Mat(i believe that was his name) , who also expressed his apologies for the waittime, that was filled with gas , clean, and ready for my trip to Indiana. I would absolutely recommend and rent from this place again particularly if Zach is still in charge ! Thanks again guys , I will be forwarding this review to the cooperate office as well.

I rented a car from Enterprise while traveling for work with my logistics company and encountered an experience that was not only frustrating but dangerous. The car I was given had three out of four tires that were severely worn and nearly bald. While driving in the rain on my way from Columbus to Chicago, I hydroplaned twice next to semi-trucks, which made me seriously consider pulling over. Ultimately, I only managed to make it to Dayton, Ohio, where the back right tire blew out. The customer service throughout this ordeal was exceptionally poor. When I contacted Enterprise roadside assistance, they informed me that I would either need to change the tire myself or be charged for the service. Despite the safety risks, I told them to go ahead and bill me. Thankfully, Triple-A arrived quickly and provided excellent service. The technician confirmed my suspicion that three of the tires were bald and even explained that one tire had a sidewall plug—a repair that should never have been approved, as it endangered not only me but other drivers. Later, I contacted Enterprise customer service when they opened at 8 a.m., but their response was limited to offering me a smaller car than what I originally rented—a Corolla, despite my booking for a full-size car. On previous occasions, Enterprise has also attempted to provide compact vehicles like Corollas despite my full-size reservations. Driving under these conditions, I was forced to go 20 miles per hour under the speed limit on the highway until I reached Dayton International Airport. At Dayton International Airport, I finally experienced better service. The employee there, who was managing both Enterprise and National by himself, was understanding and extremely helpful despite the overwhelming workload. He upgraded me to a brand-new truck, which was the very least that could have been done given the circumstances. Overall, this experience was unacceptable and put lives at risk due to negligence. I am now contemplating contacting my company's travel team to avoid using Enterprise altogether for future bookings. I strongly encourage someone to reach out to discuss this matter further.
