José and team at the Lincoln Park Avis are the best example of customer service. Friendly, attentive, and understanding. I’ve had the privilege of working with them several times and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car.

I was expecting to rent a midsize suv gas vehicle. But, they only had an electric vehicle that was 52% charged. I was told that charging is free and that I wouldn’t have any problems driving long distance. I ended up paying $22 to fully charge the vehicle which took over an hour. After driving 2.5 hours, I stopped to recharge the vehicle and the only stations that were available were slow charging stations. The charge would have taken 10 hours and 10 minutes if I had not opted to turn the vehicle in at the Airport in Savoy, IL. The agents at the airport were amazing and provided me with excellent service!! Megan and Dionte were quick to provide me with another vehicle and even returned to give me an ipad that I had left in the electric vehicle.. They are the reason that I gave 3 stars

Thanks to Jose and Edwin for all the great service and support they provide to me and my family. After our flight was delayed and missed our train by 4 minutes, we were stranded in Chicago with no way to get to our final destination. After calling and visiting multiple locations to rent a car (and laughed at our face, it's mothers day weekend) but it was Jose and Edwin that took their time and expertise to help us in our time of need. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to all the customers. Thank you for the great deal and discount you found for me and for finding us a way home.
