I regularly rented cars from here once a quarter and always dealt with something disappointing. Most recently, returning the car three-quarters full as i picked it up with photo evidence and still was charged $40+ for gas. After calling three times to request a refund, I was told "don't worry, it's processing," yet I never got my money back. This is one of the many issues faced here and they try to do minor cost charges that they hope people won't notice. Additionally, the cars I rented were usually never cleaned before the next renter, the inside had parts missing, and more. Sad because this location is walking distance from my home, but after repeated instances I will no longer go there. I recommend using Enterprise, Hertz, Turo, or other car rental services even if it's a little more in cost as they won't screw you as bad as this Avis location. Pics show gas at three quarters and also missing parts on the inside with food crumbs.

We’ve been coming to this Avis location for years now and the experience has consistently been excellent—but what truly keeps us coming back is the outstanding service from Nestor!! Every single visit, he goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of, whether it’s helping us find the perfect car for our needs or quickly resolving any issues that come up. Wonderful people to work with. We had issues booming through Uber and a front desk associate helped us out even covered some expenses due to Uber messing our reservation up. Uber was supposed to drop off the vehicle and pick it up but they never did. Highly recommend booking directly through Avis never through a third party.

While there was no one at the desk when we arrived, we quickly learned it was because one person was buzzing around trying to help everyone. Juana is very sweet ,smiling, friendly, answers calls, the works. She has great customer service!

By far the best AVIS rental car services in the Chicagoland area. I am a regular car renter & frequent this location. I have been more than satisfied with the quality of cars available & the employees at the service counter are always happy to answer any of my questions, going the extra mile to make my experience as enjoyable as possible.
