Rented our vehicle from Enterprise from this car rental center at the SD airport. The walk to the shuttle from the airport is rather long due to construction going on. Plan ahead for that when returning the vehicle. Shuttle buses were nice. No baggage carts available due to construction barricades once you get off the shuttle bus from the rental center either at this time. Easy to check in for car rentals and pick up depending on who you rent through. Pleased with Enterprise car rental at this location. Easy drop off when returning vehicle also.

Very smooth and efficient experience overall. The Rental Car Center was well-organized, clearly signed, and easy to navigate from start to finish. Shuttle service was quick and frequent, and the layout made it simple to get from drop-off to the rental counters without confusion or unnecessary walking. Staff throughout the facility were helpful and professional, and the process felt streamlined—even during a busy time. Pick-up and return were both straightforward, and everything moved efficiently without long waits or bottlenecks. For an airport rental facility, this one does a great job keeping things moving and minimizing stress. Clean, organized, and well-run. Would absolutely use this location again.

The shuttle ride was easy to get to and the driver was helpful in helping with putting in and off the luggage. The terminal was a little confusing for us. We did get lost in the parking lot because we thought it was we were going to pick up the car. It turns out we missed the Thirty car rental store. All and all we did make it through with no real wait and car in the parking lot.

This by far was the slowest rental car place we have used. It was slightly busy to check in which is understandable. Once we got to the cars, we did not have a specific spot to go to. We had to wait again for another 20+ min to have someone escort us to a car. There was only on person working and we had to be escorted. Very disaapointing.

the bus supervisor here asked “anybody for terminal 1?” and i yell “yes” and run right towards him, and then he tells the bus to leave. and as it pulls away right in front of me he says “you are TOO LATE!” Not cool, man. Not cool at all.
