Had the pleasure of renting a car today from Jesse the manager over at this location very friendly very smooth clean location great view outside. This will be my new go to place. The Customer Service was above and beyond. Thank you so much for making my trip a lot more comfortable.

One of the best car rentals I have ever used. Such top notch professionals, who ensure the whole on-boarding is smooth and seamless. Wonderful cars well maintained and appropriately priced too. Shout out to Jesse, he's the man who made the whole rental process brilliant! Very transparent and knows his job really well. More important than the cars it's the people who work here that make it a superb car rental. Oliver too was of great help, wonderful team running the show here. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Sixt thanks to Jesse and Parker. They were professional, friendly, and very understanding throughout the entire rental process. They took the time to answer my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a positive attitude. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and took the time to walk us through everything — no rushing, no confusion, just genuinely great service. Jesse made the whole process so easy that I ended up signing up for the Sixt rewards program on the spot, and we're even considering extending our rental. The location itself is incredibly convenient if you're staying at the InterContinental — you can't beat the ease of picking up and dropping off right there. If you're renting in San Diego, ask for Jesse. He's the kind of person who makes you actually enjoy the rental experience!
