Great experience! I had a free day in San Diego before flying out and found out that Enterprise rents Corvettes! After some light paperwork and a quick orientation (with an associate whose name I think was German?), I cruised PCH from Mission Beach all the way up to the In-N-Out in Oceanside and back with a stop off at Torrey Pines to hit some balls and buy a shirt as a souvenir. The car was in great shape and all of the associates that helped me were friendly despite the location seeming extremely busy.

Nico, manger, Terrel, clerk/porter, Did great job at getting us a vehicle when Jeep Grand Wagoneer L or Lincoln Navigator L wasn't avail. My Cousin Chas. booked 6 weeks prior: Navigator L(special features vehicle) as Groom for his Wedding. Nico got us significant discount! Helped us thru, and we also got blessed that L features didn't become need except for Brides 👰‍♀️long dress, which we gently bundled in her lap. Best wedding ever for me as Chauffeur...Martin Johnson House UCSD, they did amazing job, along with cousins & fam.s! Book ahead, but be aware that vehicle might not be available.

These guys know service! My family arrived in San Diego on 29 May thinking we had booked a reservation through our credit card rewards, only to arrive and find that the booking didn't go through. The team got us squared away immediately with a new reservation, and honored the price quoted. All throughout the process, they were very informative and engaging. After a short process, they brought the van right up to the office for us, and got us on the road. Probably one of the top 10 customer service experiences I've ever had, and I travel a lot. These guys are top flight and walk in excellence. Oh, and on the way out, the exit gate guy verified that everything was good and asked if we needed anything. These guys have quality nailed down and I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car at the San Diego Airport. Next time I head back, I'm not even going to look around - these guys are it. P.S. On the rental car return (07 JUN), the gentleman that checked us in was excellent as well. He was very polite, informative, and gave us excellent instructions and reminders. Absolutely excellent process. Well done Enterprise!

No pressure, no confusion, no BS. This was one of the easiest rental experiences I've had. I was told to go upstairs from the desk on the first floor. There were three employees talking with each other when I got to the top of the escalator. In my head I was already thinking that I would bother them to break up their conversation but I was wrong. They saw me walking toward them and they immediately broke up and all tried to help me. I was greeted by a guy named Larry. Larry seemed genuinely interested in helping me. He didn't just make small talk, he asked how I was and seemed interested in getting to know me in the next 10-15 minutes we had together. He did his thing with helping me choose the right car and asking if I needed to be familiarized with any of the functions. We made more small talk and he really seemed interested, as I was about him and his back story. The rest of the process was seamless and the other crew at the checkout booth were equally as friendly. This Enterprise outlet is doing everything right in my opinion.

I booked a small pickup truck and received a beautiful Jeep Gladiator instead. The vehicle was exceptional and absolutely perfect for my California road trip. Comfortable, capable, and a real pleasure to drive.
