Budget Car Rental

I made a reservation online that had the necessary insurances included. I picket up the car and the guy working there said you’re all set and that I don’t need any extras because I already prepaid the car and the insurance. When I returned the car I found out that he added a bunch of extras that I surely didn’t need and didn’t ask for. He didn’t mention anything to me but budget charged my card after I returned the car. I do not recommend this location. Trying to sell you extras is one thing but just adding them without letting you know is unacceptable.

As long as Giovanni is still working here, you are in good hands. Truly the best customer service I have ever received. Just wow. This man was working ALONE on a busy Saturday and managed everything beautifully. In fact, when he ran out to go get returned rental cars, everyone in the waiting room was complimenting how well he was handling everything. When we came to pick up the rental, our reservation showed as costing more, but then Giovanni adjusted our reservation to make it even cheaper than the initial reservation. I’m so grateful for his assistance, patience, and exceptional customer service. If you’ve had a bad experience with Budget before, know that Giovanni will treat you like a human and take care of you. I will only rent from here for a rental car. I know it will never be a headache under Giovanni. Budget, give this man a raise!

Had a wonderful experience with this location. Arrived late and accidentally went to the Budget at the airport. Called the location and they stayed open waiting for us. Car was so nice and very clean. The airport was more than 3 times the cost. Would definitely rent here again. So quick and affordable

Reserved a car online and when we arrived we were told there were no cars available. Horrible experience.

Great location if you are close to Little Italy. Easy to get to and return. Great prices and selection of cars.
