Five star review for Mohammed who works at the check-out area by the vehicles. He scanned my dashboard and noticed that I was mistakenly charged for pre-pay gas. He then verified that I brought the car back with a full-tank (like I was instructed to when I checked the car out) and pre-emptively changed my receipt to ensure I was not double charged for gas. This kind of thoroughness and honesty is exactly what a car rental company should strive for. Mohammad deserves to be recognized for his great work.

Terrible service!. They will accept your reservation online and then you show up and they don't have any cars available even one hour after the pick up time. Then they will connect you to customer service to make a reservation with another location. However, after contacting the second location directly, they also cancelled my reservation because they did not have any cars available. After wasting 2 hours trying to get a car, I had to go to the airport to finally get a car but with more than 300 dollars in insurance fees that were never mentioned to me. This company does not cares about your appointments, they just overbook reservations to compensate for customers that don't show up.

Jack from budget car rental saved me after a different car rental company didn't have my car in stock and wanted to charge for extra mileage. I ubered over here, and Jack was able to make sure that I got a vehicle and was on my way. I would have been in an panic if it was not for his help. Thank you!!

Worst car rental. Here’s a short story: Booked a car 2 weeks in advance (2WEEKS!), received a few emails/reminders regarding my reservation, 1 day before my reservation I confirmed all my info again(date, pick up, drop off, extras, etc). Took an Uber there to pick up a car, and they said they don’t have any cars available, and told me to find a car somewhere else. Spent 3 hours ubering around different car rental to see if any cars available. Of course, overpaid for last minute pick up at the airport Save your time and money - just book with another car rental. They have such a low rating for a reason!
