WORST CAR EVER! First all, the Hornet that I was given to me had scratches and small dents all over it. Nobody told me when I went to the garage to get the car and so I wasted time trying to call someone directly to make sure they knew there was previous damage. About two weeks into the trip (had the car for 20 days) the check engine light, check oil, etc…. and all of these other warning lights started going off. A red turtle went on and the gas pedal stopped working. The past few days the check engine light went on and off. When I called, the first guy laughed at me and was really rude (older guy from the voice). The next day, I spoke to another younger guy who was nice and told me to bring it back when I got back into town and switch it with an upgraded suv. We were out of town and could not drive back to switch out the car. This ruined the entire Christmas weekend because I was scared to drive the car!! I expect a rental car to be dependable and safe. This car was not safe or dependable.

Grabbed a rental here and had a great experience. Giovanni’s customer service was truly above and beyond. He was very helpful throughout my reservation from pick up to drop off. He was patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Really appreciate his excellent service!

I received a car with rear lights that did not turn on with the headlights, which is a huge safety hazard at night. Thankfully the national Avis roadside assistance line was able to get me a new car in LA. However, when returning the car to this location, the manager only offered me $15 back as compensation. While the overall Avis system worked well to correct the issue quickly, including getting me refund, this branch has some major issues and I won't be renting from this location again.

Quick and easy process. Unlike the Oceanside location which I can’t underscore how much they screwed me by not honoring the reservation I had at their location. Lost 1350 vehicle retirement opportunity due to having to drive my 300k truck an extra day and it now not being able to drive itself

Five stars isn't enough! The team here truly understands customer service. They were patient with my questions, offered great local advice, and made sure the vehicle was exactly what I needed for my trip. The Dodge Durango I rented was in pristine condition, but it was the friendly, 'can-do' attitude of the staff that really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend this location in Little Italy if you want a hassle-free rental.
