Probably the best car rental company in this part of the city. Read too much horror stories of the other rental places around. This place actually has the car you rented there waiting for you when you arrive. Staff are also be professional and helpful. Cars are also new and in good condition. Returns can only be done during office hours though.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and patient. Even though we arrived an hour early for pickup, they accommodated us smoothly and explained that we’d just need to return it an hour earlier too. I really appreciated their transparency; they recommended taking photos of any pre-existing scratches for our records and clearly explained the three refueling options. They also walked us through the insurance coverage and costs so there were no surprises. The process was simple, professional, and easy!

My experience with enterprise is terrible. When I returned the car at Union bank at Los Angles 11:15 am on Sunday, April 6 there was no one to accept the car, when I called the enterprise phone, the agent who picked up the phone told me park the car in the parking lot of enterprise and locked the car and take the car key with me as the office was closed. The enterprise agent from Pixar Place hotel did not tell me that the office would be closed on April 6, Sunday. I had to spend at half hour to get contact with the enterprise employee and I was late for catching up the bus to Bakersfield transit and return to Fresno. This morning , the another enterprise agent called me he is looking for the key. if I do not return the key, he said he will charge me with $30 dollar for the key. That’s really unfair and very bad service. I will never rent a car again with the enterprise.

Julio was the best! I was the last one in at 6:00 pm on a Friday (the worst customer) and he still made to answer all my questions carefully and make sure I had everything I needed! Julio & Edward you guys are the best - thank you!!

Awesome experience at this branch. Last minute reservation and they were very accommodating giving me the car I asked for, drop off was easy and they gave me a ride to where I needed to go. Highly recommend
