Midway Car Rental has got to be the best car rental company in town! Not only is their service great, but truly some of the best people that I've met in LA!! I've got to tell you all about the manager, Mr. Mike Jaime. Even when he's checking in 35 cars from the week, and busy as can be, he maintains a positive attitude and a level of professionalism that is not easy to find not just in LA, but anywhere these days! He was able to help me with an issue with my other rental (caused by me and not them), and even got me into another car the same day!! I am seriously impressed, and believe he deserves a shout out, bc his strong, confident, and professional leadership obviously shapes the entire office, and likely the reason that his entire team is also impressively amazing! Even the parking attendant person, Tressi, is awesome too! Best car rental company in LA, and maybe some of the best people anyone could meet out here. Thanks!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Mike at Midway Car Rental. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, quick, and stress-free. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out—he took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. He made the entire process feel effortless, and his positive attitude turned what can sometimes be a tedious experience into something truly pleasant. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and ready to go right on time. Rented several cars from Midway car rental during my trip to US. Would like to thank Fernando and the team in Midway LA Down town office for hooking me up with this awesome Corvette Stingray (2025) on a short notice. The car was super clean and every step of the rental process was flawless. Both picking up and delivery. Just be aware that some of their exclusive cars comes 150 miles incl. limitation. This is quite normal for these kind of cars. The team down town were nice enough to don’t charge me for the extra mileage I put on the car. Thank’s a lot 🙏 Much appreciated! I’ll be back later!

yune on the phone was easy to speak with and when my husband arrived he said it was great and couldn't believe how smooth of an experience picking the car up was. We’ve had horror stories in the past with certain rentals but Fernando made sure everything was handled the moment he walked in. Great clean SUV!
