After getting stuck at the airport terminal with another agency, he was notified of my situation and drove right over to pick me up within minutes. We were at his office and had the contract signed in less than ten minutes. The price he offered was completely fair and competitive. I got a Toyota Camry that was in great shape, a reliable ride equipped with all-wheel drive and a powerful enough engine to make long road trips highly enjoyable and comfortable. The other massive advantage of this experience was the absolute flexibility, which saved me a lot of time and money. During my stay, I switched hotels and moved down to Anaheim. I simply left the car in my new hotel parking lot, and he came to pick it up directly from there at no extra charge. On top of being an incredibly nice guy, the required deposit is only 200 dollars, which was fully refunded to me less than 24 hours after the rental ended. I highly recommend this company to any tourist traveling without a credit card who wants a reliable, hassle-free solution that is so much better than the standard corporate options.

We rented a car from Prime Rental Car for our first trip to the United States and we recommend them 100%. They are a team of very friendly and dynamic young people. We were welcomed by Mr. Faz, a very polite young man who is dedicated to his work (he picked us up at the airport and drove us back there). The car was a blue Ford Mustang that made us shine during our road trip. We drove almost 6,000 km with it and had no problems except for people who wanted to take pictures with the car because it was so beautiful. We asked if we could try a Dodge Challenger for the last day, and they agreed to do it for free. We thank them for allowing us to live the American dream to the fullest.

We had a great experience with this rental car company. The staff were professional and helpful, the vehicle was in excellent condition, and the pricing was very reasonable. We also appreciated that they were able to process our chip-enabled credit card smoothly, which made the pickup process quick and convenient. Overall, a reliable company with great service. I was visiting LA from Germany and urgently needed a rental car—very last minute. I have to say, the whole team welcomed me incredibly warmly. They solved all my problems and fulfilled all my requests. I got a Dodge Challenger, and the car was an absolute blast to drive. Everything was perfect—the service, and the staff were all extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The next time I’m in LA, this will definitely be my go-to place.
