Carsan is amazing. My car was in the shop for more than three months . They worked with me within my budget. It was so easy. I wanted to trade out cars here and there and they would deliver them to me or I would go pick them up but they made everything so convenient . They have the best customer service . There is never a hassle. They have a great selection of cars. You don’t have to deal with the car dealerships and the hefty security deposits. I can’ not say enough positive things about Carsan. I love them and will recommend them to everybody.

I had a really great experience with this rental car company. From the outside, the location might look a bit unassuming, but the inside is beautifully maintained and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. What I appreciated most was how affordable everything was—especially compared to bigger companies like Enterprise or Hertz. They don’t require those high deposits, which made it much more accessible for me. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I tried to rent my vehicle with them, they are unprofessional. The reason for my review not because you didn't accept taking my vehicle to your fleet which it actually came to be a good thing not to join this unprofessional fleet. The reason because no one mentioned anything on the phone when I spoke to your representative nor on the website about your standard and qualifications. I drove for an hour for someone at your unprofessional lot to get someone say we are not going be able to take it. That's the reason for my review. Don’t try to be smart showing others you have a professional business.

I was a costumer for years! However this last time I rented has been the worst experience ever, I will definitely not be returning anymore. It’s been almost 2 months and still have not received my deposit. I’ve reached out for the past month and got nothing but false updates stating I’ll be receiving refund or we will look into it, till this day I’ve not gotten anything. Worse experience ever.

I found out about Carsan back in July and figured I’d give it a shot with my second car Toyota Corolla. I was actually thinking about selling it, but I’m glad I didn’t. The money it’s bringing in has been solid, way better than just cashing out from a sale. Last month I even bought another car just to put it on Carsan. It’s been a super easy way to make passive income without dealing with the day-to-day stuff. If things keep going like this, I’m definitely planning to pick up a few more and let Carsan handle the rest.
