⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Every Time – Highly Recommended! I’ve rented from Enterprise in Houston multiple times, and the experience is always outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They really pay attention to details and make the entire process smooth and hassle-free. From the moment you walk in, everything is quick and easy—no long waits, no complications. The cars are clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Whether I needed a standard sedan or something larger, they always had great options and took care of everything without any issues. If you’re looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience in Houston, I can’t recommend Enterprise enough. Amazing service from start to finish. 10/10 would rent again!

I rent from Enterprise because they have nice cars but not this time. Drivers seat held together with a cable tie! Every time you opened the door or started the vehicle this devise would beep until you turned it off. The I'm radio was stuck on static and could not be tuned. I asked to change it for 4 days but all their nice trucks needed an oil change. We'll change the oil then. They should be embarrassed to rent a truck in this condition. Will be renting from their competition from now on. DO BETTER!

Very dis-satisfied customer. This is the second time I had a rental vehicle with a bad cigarette smell. So far 2 out of 10 vehicles rented with Enterprise, had this issue. Pick of the smelly vehicle attached herewith. On pick up, I adressed this concern and they said they couldnt do anything besides a 5 min cleanup. I was helpless as my kids were very tired and cranky after a long international flight at IAH. Only we know, how we drove to Austin in a stinky vehicle. We all felt nauseated in a 3 hr stinky vehicle ride. On return of the vehicle, I did raise this concern again and they told me that a rep will call you. No one did and they closed the agreement. They should have courtesy to at least call the customer and review his concerns. They seem to care less, is what I noticed. If you are scared to argue and charge a customer for smoking in the rental vehicle, why do non-smokers, renting the vehicle, have to suffer. Provide them a replacement. I often rent vehicles as my work demands frequent travel, but going forward I might have to reconsider renting from Enterprise. This experience has left a very bitter taste on my family.

After reading some reviews I was a little worried. However, I had no issues at all. Easy to get the jeep, check out and return was easy. I had been charged for gas even though I filled up before returning. A quick text and they refunded me. Would definitely rent a car through them again.

I have never felt more unsafe in a rental car. For future reference, vehicles should be thoroughly inspected before being loaned to customers. The car completely stalled in a commercial drive-through and had to be jumped (kudos to the roadside assistance team for their timely support). After that, we attempted to drive to swap the vehicle but couldn’t make it. The car would not go above 19 mph and would randomly catch acceleration at unsafe and unpredictable points on the highway in Houston. It was extremely concerning. I will not be returning, which is fine. However, for the next customer, please ensure the vehicle is safe before releasing it. The customer service team was kind and professional from beginning to end
