Albert and Cecilia made my experience smooth and simple! Now I recommend Elite to all my coworkers and friends. Reasonable prices and exceptional customer service. Processing was fast and efficient, like car renting should be. The cars are well-kept, drive great and are good on gas. Couldn't ask for anything more of a car rental company.

Outstanding service, they were so accommodating. I had 2 automobile reserved with Enterprise on December 22. I received a phone call from one 3 hours before pickup saying they didn't have the type if vehicle I requested. When I got to the second location at my scheduled pick up time they didn't have the type of vehicle I reserved. I called Elite Rent A Car and they had what I what I need for a much lower price

Albert and his crew took stellar care of us. The customer service was great! The car was brand new... and they were able to get us in at the last minute on a Friday. Oh yeah! Hands down, the best price in town. I highly recommend booking your next rental with Elite Rent a Car.
