Rented a car through the website confirming availability. Walked in and before I could get a word in “we don’t have any cars” … mind you the lot is full. With modern technology this shouldn’t be an issue. Never rent from this location.

We came in thinking we had a reservation here because we had screen shotted our reservation and it showed this address. We walked in trying to ask a couple of questions but Denice was extremely rude, instead of attempting to assist us in finding our reservation she refused to even look at the screen shot or type in our confirmation number. She was condescending and rude and wouldn’t even let us get a word in. This woman does not belong in customer service. If you are looking for good service and incredible people go to the Kasim group at 9330 westheimer.

Great location between the airport and downtown and quality cars. Customer service was also top notch.

This is my 3rd car from this same rental yard and every car I got in had either service required or soon. Which makes a driver of a new car nervous. I've driven plenty but when you getting use to new gadgets or shorter vehicles that keeps throwing your eye off and making your trip worrisome. The guy at the front desk every time I came in was extremely rude and argumentative which made the transaction unpleasant every time. I definitely will drive further out next time to rent from budget because this was literally a nightmare. They over charged, called me wrong for my request, basically insulting me and making me feel rushed and unwelcome. I would not recommend this location ever!!

Do not rent on a monday morning or any morning. You can have a confirmed reservation and they will not have any cars and will notify you in advance.
