I needed a rental over the Memorial Day weekend due to my car being in the shop for repairs. The employee at the Grandview rental branch was friendly, polite and efficient. Although they were quite busy I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my rental. Drop off was just as efficient and friendly. I will definitely rent from this location in the future. Call me a very satisfied customer.

I don’t understand how this location went from great customer service to completely vacant, inattentive and uninterested within 1 year. I arrived early for a reservation I had made months ago, so I knew I would have to wait a bit but they immediately hit me with “we have no cars and there’s 3 people in front of you” and gave no timeframe for when a car would show up. When I had to bring all 4 giant bags of my luggage in to wait, there was no help with the doors despite two able bodied men just sitting there. I found another rental location who could accommodate me on such short notice, so I went to leave and they also watched and sat there with no help holding the doors as I had to take all the luggage back out. As my day progressed I noticed they never even cancelled my reservation, I had to do that after I got settled in my other car elsewhere. They ruined a travel day that was already incredibly difficult due to an untimely death and made zero effort to try to answer questions unless I pressed. I’ve used enterprise for years. Never again. ETA: the response below is an empty, canned platitude. It is a trick so anyone reading the reviews might think this location and company actually attempt to do conflict resolution. They don't care at all and will continue to do nothing.

Tyler delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was attentive, courteous, and proactive, making sure every detail was handled perfectly. Come check in to returning the rental, the experience here was phenomenal. I wasn’t familiar with the location and it was a smaller location than I’m used to but, I was happy with my rental car experience through and through. The young men honestly took their time with me and answered all my questions and was very personable to me every time we spoke, whether it be on the phone or in person. I normally don’t write reviews, but I want it to give this company and this location (1026 Goodale blvd) crops because they were amazing and they made the experience quick and smooth for me. Thanks guys!

I feel like the representative I worked with explained everything to me about the possible add-ons and options I had, as well as what to expect upon returning the car. The car I rented was a 2026 Nissan Rogue in great condition. I rented this right before traveling to Cleveland and back to Columbus when the winter storms happened and I felt very safe in the vehicle and like it was easy to drive. I did try to extend my rental online and the online chat person said they set it up for me and would send a confirmation email, but when I called my local enterprise to confirm my extension because I hadn’t received an email, they said the extension wasn’t complete and were able to help me with that. I’m glad I double checked with my local enterprise because the online rep didn’t complete my request. I do think the local stores could use more help with taking calls. But the local enterprise employees were all very pleasant and helpful.
