The facility located in Greenwich Village was excellent on all accounts. The manager was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond when we requested to move up our pickup day one day earlier (on Memorial Day Weekend), and Junior was excellent at transporting us to the Chelsea facility to make a switch and grab our rental. All was seemless.

The process was so easy and both check in and check out took only minutes. The car was in good condition and the only issue we faced was immediately resolved when checking the car back in. Cameron was very professional, understanding, and efficient, and helped us get in and out quickly after dropping the car off!

I frequently rent cars in the city and have almost always had negative experiences (like no cars available when I go to pick up) until this one. This was easily the best rental car experience I’ve had, despite a few wrinkles along the way. The team works really hard to make it a good experience for their customers and it shows.

Junior and Jacob, who work at the 221 Thompson St, New York, NY location, are incredible. I could not recommend renting a car from them at this specific location more. Enterprise is lucky to have them on the team.
