Sam’s service during check in and pick up were beyond exceptional. He was kind, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to deliver amazing service to everyone he interacted with. Had a bit of situation while picking up the car and he was super efficient and accommodating, outshining all his coworkers. It’s people like Sam that keep clients coming back in any kind of business, well done man!

I rented the car and the subsequent day a message came up on the dashboard stating: "key fob battery is low, replace soon". I had traveled from Phoenix to Sedona and it was nowhere near the rental location. I contacted Customer Service and emergency services and waited a long time, only to be told that I needed to replace the battery myself. I was in a resort location and concerned about losing control of vehicle in a remote location. I was told that they would send me a video on how to do it. They never sent it to me and I had to call a second time waiting on customer an emergency road services the following day to repeat and send the video. Only after the second message did I get the video. I had to take time away from my vacation to purchase the battery and then replace it which took away from my vacation time. They offered no apologies for lack of proper maintenance including battery check nor windshield wiper fluid which was low and needed replacement due to dusty conditions. I think there were could've been several other solutions that Sixt could've offered, including sending me the battery via Amazon delivery. They did not have any solutions other than to have me fix it, which took away from my vacation time.

I was hesitant at first, because I’d never heard of SIXT, but I took a chance when I saw they had an 89% AARP approval rating. They definitely surpassed that for me :-) The communications were clear and helpful, they even provided directions from the gate to their counter. All the employees I encountered (especially THE Juan ) were delightful and genuine. The cars were all gorgeous, shiny and brand new. I wound up with something very sporty with all the bells and whistles. I’m considering running away with it. ;-) SIXT is going to the top of my list now!

The Marc was great! Broke everything down very quickly, efficiently, and made the whole experience easy. The staff in the garage was polite and helpful. Only downside I have during my extent was if you don’t get the insurance and you get the slightest ding you’re getting walloped with fees. The “free” upgrade that was offered and unfortunately my family needed the suv, but I’m not complaining. The vehicle was very nice, seemed well maintained. If I come back and need a rental they’ll have my business again.

Got in a day late on my flight, had lost my original reserved car. The gentleman who helped me out had a CEO pin, and he earned that distinction. Nice clean car, and went the extra distance to make sure that I got the vehicle that I had originally requested. Definitely a return customer!
