Do not use this service ! This company failed to deliver on the mission it promotes: "Our mission is simple: to be the world’s best travel dealmaker. We’ve helped millions go farther, experience more, and reach their happy place for a happy price." Unfortunately, my family and I never made it to our "happy place." Customer service should be centered on supporting customers and resolving issues when problems arise. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. When employees are not adequately trained or informed about company policies, it can lead to unnecessary and frustrating situations that significantly impact customers. Prior to my reservation, I took every reasonable step to ensure a smooth rental experience. I confirmed requirements, payment details, dates, times, and all necessary reservation information. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle I had reserved could only be rented through a corporate account due to company policy. I was told there was nothing that could be done, despite the reservation having been accepted and confirmed. This last-minute surprise disrupted my family's travel plans on the eve of our trip. Most disappointing was the lack of accountability, alternative options, or meaningful solutions offered by the company. Rather than helping resolve the issue, I was simply informed that my reservation could not be honored. The experience left me feeling misled by inaccurate information, disappointed by unfulfilled commitments, and frustrated by a level of customer service that fell far below expectations.

The pickup took a bit longer than usual, however the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. The 12 passenger van was absolutely perfect and comfortable and very good mpg. I wish it was bluetooth capable though. The return was very nice and easy. I would definitely rent again.

Plan to spend an hour standing in line. Apparently there is only 1 rep giving out cars routinely, which is what I experienced. i think it's a ploy to force.You to take an electric car. i imagine these rental car. Companies thought it would be a cute to purchase a bunch of electric cars and offer them to people traveling from out of state.Thinking that they would be wanting to try to add the stress of finding a charging station to their itinerary with their children or their work schedule. no one wants to be on travel. We're wearing about where they can take their electric car. And sit for more than an hour, trying to charge it. but apparently, if somebody wasn't thinking it through.

I honestly had no issues renting a car through them, and I'd do it again! I was provided with great customer service, I didn't have to wait in any line (I was there at 10am on a Tuesday), my car had no issuess, and the return process was easy peasy! I'm very happy with the service & car I was provided!

The car was electric, ok. I thought it was fair but electric for long drive was not helpful. They also had issues when I returned it. The guy said I was good but I was making as not returning the vehicle for three days until I called.
