Had a great experience with enterprise rental car in downtown Phoenix. Worked with an agent named Tatum. She was very professional and polite. It was a great experience and highly recommend. Car was in great shape. Drove well. Thank you all for supplying an excellent fleet of vehicles.

The staff at this location are exceptional! Both rental associates welcomed me upon arrival to pick-up and return the rental. Impeccable service from everyone - from arrival to getting me into the 'right' car for me, the performance and reliability of the vehicle, to the expeditious and friendly drop-off experience. I am incredibly pleased with this experience, and will likely book another enterprise car off-site from an airport in the future. While I have always been satisfied with Enterprise/National, it's been many years since I've experienced such impeccable customer service. Thank you! These are the reasons why I only rent vehicles with Enterprise/National. Keep up the great work!

Evan helped us out and was the most polite and respectful person we have ever met in this rental business. We could totally understand what we were doing and he totally understand our needs. He picked us up and explained the process as this was our first time with their company. The car was clean and all was amazing. Highly recommend to us them.

This location is very busy but our rental was available and staff members were helpful. We suffered a tragedy that called for a trip to a local hospital during the time the car was due to be returned. The gentleman at enterprise offered support through out the process of returning the vehicle and made the checking out process as smooth as possible. The staff at this location take pride in their customer service and their kindness went farther than they know.

Reserved a Truck 24 hours in advance. Received a voicemail same day of reservation that stated “might be busy when you arrive and may have to switch for a truck in a 1-2 days.” That was not an issue for us, Only to arrive the day of and have NO vehicle available- they stated they have to get one delivered from another location- with a 2 hour wait. Where is the customer service today? Why was the vehicle not shipped over when we ordered it, or send us to another location when you knew they wouldn’t have one. Let’s try for better management people. Do not recommend this particular location or even possibly enterprise- maybe. Do better!
