I had an amazing experience with Alamo from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly fast and smooth—no long waits, no hassle, just in and out and on the road in no time. What really stood out was the car they gave me… it was practically brand new, 0 miles. Super clean, drove perfectly, and honestly, I ended up loving it way more than I expected. It made the whole trip that much better. Customer service was on point, everything was straightforward, and the quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I need a rental. Highly recommend!

The car was clean. The customer service from pickup to delivery was below subpar. I asked 4 different people how and where do I return the vehicle as I will have 3 checked luggage bags, 2 carry on’s and my 85 year old parents. “Just bring it here”. I asked how do I get from here with all the luggage and my parents back to PHX terminal 4 without taking the sky train because they could not walk with the luggage. I was told again, just bring it back here. I made arrangements to have the car dropped off 7 hours before our flight left so that I didn’t have to deal with trying to get to terminal 4 with all the above also loosing a complete day of visiting. We took the car and there are NO SIGNS that say rental car enter only. It was complete utter chaos and loud, and honking, and worker people yelling. My daughter followed me to the rental place and the guy who was yelling at me to decide if I wanted an email receipt or a printed receipt before I could even take my foot off the brake was yelling at her and told her to back up. He yelled to her and waved to her to back up. She did what she was told and spiked her tires. Out of the wood work came 4 managers all surrounded her… very scary situation. Now they want to respond…? I had been asking for a response since I picked up the car on information on returning with 5 pieces of luggage and 3 elderly people. They took no responsibility and the guy that told her to back up vanished!! The manager said he was trying to locate the worker and they said they could not find him. Someone is lying. They told us they were calling a tow truck to have it towed I told them no. They told us to move our vehicle from the parking lot and I asked the manager “would you drive your car on rims?, we are not moving the car and driving it on rims”. Our mechanic arrived and took care of my daughters tires and wheels. Alamo car rental PHX is the worst customer service, the worst at communication and horrible with helping their customers. For the manager at Alamo PHX hear this: it’s nice to be important, but It’s important to be nice. Let that sit with yourself for awhile. This will come back one day- we all find ourselves in situations where having grace is required. Alamo car rental PHX dropped the ball on this one.

Applying for the rental of the car was very seamless and the clerks were very helpful as we were unfamiliar with this procedure. The workers that introduced us to the car and it's nuances did an excellent job. The car worked fine. Even though we are not familiar with "new cars" we managed to figure out the peculiarities of this model. The return of the car was much quicker than I had anticipated, and certainly was no strain on either my wife or myself. Thank you for your staff who does a wonderful job and helped us become comfortabl in the process.

The early check in was a plus! Arrived to Alamo and used kiosk to retrieve rental car and took care of payment. Major plus to no security hold! My rental was reasonable and my family and myself enjoyed riding around in the wagoneer! At drop off the staff was super attentive and warm. When I travel to Az again, Alamo will be my go to.

Great experience in Phoenix with Alamo. We love the service! We went right to the kiosk and he pointed out the car choices, which there were plenty to choose from. The return was very slick, thank you Lilly! She was very pleasant and cheerful. It was a very positive experience!
